Underground Fitness is a “box”. The whole package comes in the box with NO additional hidden contracts or fees etc. You pay for the CrossFit experience led by a personal trainer every time. The CrossFit method is proven to deliver results and every work out is designed to improve your overall fitness.
There are no sales people! We do not want to persuade you into anything-the question is………HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT?
Your first WEEK at Underground Fitness NKY is always FREE! There are No Contracts!! Should you decide that UF is the right place for you, then monthly membership fees are as follows:
- Unilimited Monthly Membership: $100
- 3 days a week Monthly Membership: $80
- Drop-in fee: $15
Classes consist of exercise instruction and practice, review, warm-up, stretching protocols, and of course, workouts! Instruction and workouts increase in complexity and intensity throughout the duration of the class, progressively improving your fitness and preparedness for life. Groups are limited in size to ensure all clients receive more than adequate personal attention. You will always have a Crossfit Level 1 (or above) Certified trainer in your group

Tues 6am (advance notice only), 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Wed 6am, 9am, 2pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Thurs 2pm, 4:30pm
Fri 6am, 9am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Saturday 11:00am- Bring a friend! Open to anyone, drop-in FREE
Noon- Crossfitters only
Sunday Rest Day!
