One last Reminder…  This Saturday’s FREE workout (8/28) will be held at CrossFit On The River in Lawrenceburg Indiana at 11:00 am.

Derby City CrossFit is hosting on Sept 11th and 12th in Louisville KY  the First Annual Clydesdale Games

Clydesdale Games registration is now open to everyone.  It will be a fun but intense competition on the Waterfront in Downtown Louisville, Ky.
 
There will be weight divisions, there will not be long distance running, but there will be some serious weights moved, and you never know might even be an eating contest!
