Moses is the only trooper who shows up for 6am. Coach Lucas comes home at 7am, crawls into bed and says “Man, Moses is a great guy- he worked his ass off, that is a TOUGH wod!”
I don’t know the wod so I cannot post it yet, but there’s your preview!

At no point during this damn thing did I think I was going to complete it. My Superbowleo diet last night did not help the situation. After what seemed like an eternity, I did manage to gasp “t…t…TIME”!
Good thing Lucas was there to yell encouragement. Sheesh.
BTW…how tough can 25 or 26 birthday burpees be?

Anyhow-
I did all my burpees
I did all my warmup pullups UNassisted- the first round of ten were unbroken, then second round broke at 5.
Then, I PR’ed my back squat by 10 lbs- 155/165/175/185/195(PR)/200F
It was a good day at UF!
