Anyhow-

I did all my burpees
I did all my warmup pullups UNassisted- the first round of ten were unbroken, then second round broke at 5.
Then, I PR&#039;ed my back squat by 10 lbs- 155/165/175/185/195(PR)/200F

It was a good day at UF!</description>
