NOON Regular WOD- sorry, no friends allowed at this one!

1:00pm TUFkids class- final class for this session- Physical fitness test!

2:00pm Elements class- practice your skills and learn more!

    Nice team work with visitor, Brad, today. A few burpees, squats, and situps….with some planks intermixed………never hurt anybody!
