The best thing about shoulder pressing for me is that it exposes the monumental weakness in the lumps under my ears that I call shoulders.
I love that.
Wait,…What??

Did a couple Sotts with various bars…ended up doing single arm versions with a 25 lb KB, then later a 35 lb’er.
All handstands were with one arm. (and another arm right beside it.)
Sotts about it for today.
Really fun class today it was nice to have so many people, and run outside!!
thanks for that!

Somehow I missed the fact I was supposed to do 3 sets of handstands and did just 1 with each round. I’ll get’um next time.
First WOD after the sectional…feel great!!!!! Happy to workout again with my 9 class at UF.

Aargh- for some reason I have not been able to break that 70lb SP barrier- I am repeatedly stopped right there…… Funny because my lead foot allows me to break 70 quite often!
Did my soots quite comfortably with the 35# bar and hung around upside down a few times. Nothing for time today- very relaxing hard work!
Great working out tonight with Wendy and Jessica!
