		<description>All this time I figured that muscle-ups, DU&#039;s, and HSPU&#039;s were at the top of my &quot;struggle with&quot; list...not so much. Everybody move down one spot. There&#039;s a new bane of my CF existence in town. The snatch. 

A max of a whopping 125#. Ouch.
I&#039;ll get it eventually, but right now it has me. :)

10-8-6-4-2 reps of Power Snatch @ 95#
2-4-6-8-10 reps of Burpees
