This is my 1st time doing it rx’d….the DL isn’t a problem I killed those…but I can’t say the same about HSPU…but I’m getting better, in the 1st round I did 15 consecutive HSPU.
By the way I hope that everybody have a Happy Thanksgiving day…and REMEMBER after ate turkey tomorrow….a crossfit WOD on Friday to burns off all those extra calories!!!!!
Not sure what weight I did for the DL but it kicked my butt. I believe my time was 4:46. 1:02 handstand.
