Ring Dips - 1st four rounds with purple band then switched to red band
Time - 9:38

Coach Lucas told me tonight &quot;You can&#039;t do 100 burpee pullups one week and not have your own pullups.&quot;  So I did my warmup with ten broken, ugly but unassisted pullups.</description>
